Depending on our free time, you have the option to deliver to your home via EZ Household delivery, which we personally deliver to you. Here’s how it works:
You need to tell us before you click on the ‘EZ Household delivery’ option on our Instagram if you are using online payment.
Due to MCO restrictions, you must reside near USJ, Subang Jaya, Selangor in order for us to deliver for you.
When we arrived, we required to take a photo of you holding the item as evidence at the front gate.
For cash payments, please prepare the exact amount. But we may give you change if the change value is small. E.g. if total is RM59.90 and you pay RM60 cash, it can be acceptable with 10 sen change.
You must check the item you’ve received is correct at your front gate. Otherwise you’ll not able to received a refund.
